1. add support for h2 database (detail / hgweb)
2. jdbcfs: add  isForeignKeyError and isDuplicatedKeyError
   
   to handle different DB dialects (detail / hgweb)
3. chimera: use exists statement to prevent constrain violations
   
   1. this fix for postgres only as EXISTS not supported by all DB
   2. we should expect some performance penalty (detail / hgweb)

• During parsing an error has been reported.

• Plug-in Result: - no threshold has been exceeded (Reference build: #31)
• New highscore: only successful builds for 329 days!
